The Perfect Red Lipstick

I fell in love with Hayley Atwell after watching Captain America. It made me suddenly want to try out for the military! (if they would allow that posh red lipstick look and that very nice trench uniform that they have in movies.)

Red Lipstick is an instant way to enhance make up. Its a classic and can be very elegant if done in the proper way. But don’t get me wrong you can do anything with make up. Experiment is the best way to learn whats good and whats not on your facial feature. So, still be open to experiments. There is really no proper way to just do what works best on you. Trial and error is the key.

Ill share with you some tips i read, i tried and have been shared to me with you guys which are to me are applicable in achieving that Perfect Red Pout.

First thing you have to remember; Focus on one area!

We are going for a Strong Red Lips so we should go for a neutral shades on the eyes. Brown, beige, peaches and other neutral colors would do.

Light eyes,Strong mouth

Lipliner is a MUST!

Red lipstick tends to bleed so you must be careful in putting it on we don’t want to see Ronald Mc Donald after an hour or two you know 🙂

Lipliner also helps you trace down your lip line making the lipstick application much easier and more precise.

Mix colors

If you cant seem to find that color that matches you.. Its too dark , its too orange, its too purplish.. you can try mixing and experimenting what will works best on you.
