“Twenty global Pinoys were honored at the “Mega Pinoy Pride Ball” held last June 12, the 114th anniversary of Philippine Independence, at Makati Shangri-La Hotel. The glitzy affair was a fitting tribute to Filipinos who not only make us proud but bring honor to the country with their outstanding achievements: Manny Pacquiao, Lea Salonga, Kenneth Cobonpue, Rico Hizon, Manny Pangilinan, Ben Chan, Brillante Mendoza, Chit Juan, Leslie Mobo, Pepe Diokno, Mike Carandang, Nikki Luna, Olivia D’Aboville, Lori Baltazar, Bryanboy, Robbie Antonio, Reese Ruiz and Toni Leviste.” (Frannie Jacinto,Philiphine Star 2012)
For this event I was lucky enough to do what i love doing most,make up, for Loreal Paris with my co- make up artist Gex Garcia and Julie Ferrer under Ms. Verna Marin, Head Make up artist of Loreal Paris
It was such a great experience meeting new and exciting people during this event. We did the make up for the lovely editorial staffs of Mega magazine.

One of the highlights of my night was doing the make up for the gorgeous Ms. Issa Litton. She hosted the event with the dashing Mr.Tim Yap. For her look She wore a white long gown by Kristel Yulo. She wanted the make up to compliment her outfit and look not too bridal since shed be wearing a white dress. I did a smokey eyeshadow on her with a hint of silver and green. peach blush for that natural glow and pink nude lipstick to compliment her eyes.

It was an honor during the event to meet The Furne One, a world class designer who’s based in Dubai.
His elaborate and intricate designs is one of the highlights of this event.

I am honored to be a part of this special event for KC and Ron. Ive been chosen to become a witness (ninang actually.OMG, Im a very young ninang! haha ) for their civil wedding rites. KC and I had been friends and treated each other as sisters together with Monina,eversince our grades school years. Looking back through the years its like almost half of our lives already. Upon hearing that she’s going to get married made me so excited plus the fact that she asked me to do her hair and make up. She requested a soft, simple and feminine look on her wedding day.
For her hair I did an updo with accents, She wanted to have a headpiece that will act as a veil for her.

for her eyes i used neutral colors like brown, bronze, gold and a little hint of pink.
Her blush is on the soft coral tone
She loves thick lashes so we added up her favorite pair just to accent her eyes.
Lips is a mixture of pearl pink and old rose to achieve a natural lip color.
She loves doing funny faces LOL
